Firstly, we work with you to recommend a menu based on your requirements and budget. The cooking facilities can be challenging in rental properties so we try to figure out the best menu for those conditions too. We agree the time for service and chef arrival. After the meal, the chef will return the kitchen to its former state and clean plates, cutlery and tableware. Finally, we’ll brush and mop the floor. You advise the cost per head you are hoping for, Chef Umberto will work on a bespoke menu for that budget. We build in alternatives or keep the menu suitable for people with dietary requirements such as being vegetarian or celiac.
