I am a Sicilian Chef in Somerset creating authentic Italian regional pasta, Sicilian arancini and street food.Specialising in Sicilian and regional Italian cuisine, I work as personal chef, caterer and cooking teacher. I also sell authentic and creative Sicilian Street Food from a gazebo as "Sicilian Donkey".
